GOOD TO KNOW
The little details.
What does the price include?
One simple design in your chosen method: a name, date, initials, short message, or one flat 2D photo where offered. Suitable crystal items offer surface or inner engraving at the displayed price. Metal items offer surface engraving. Standard font choices and basic placement are included. Complex artwork, restoration, extra sides, and 3D conversion require a custom quote.
How do photos and proofs work?
Upload a clear, well-lit photo with your request. Avoid screenshots and heavily filtered images. I'll review suitability and confirm the layout before production. The on-screen font preview is a guide; engraving appearance varies by material.
What are the shipping choices?
USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Small Box: $14.65; Medium Box: $25.80; Large Box: $36.10. Domestic retail rates effective October 4, 2026. These are estimates, not live quotes. I'll confirm the smallest safe package based on dimensions, quantity and protective padding. Crystal orders default to a Medium Box; larger orders may require multiple boxes. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
